    You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please email me within that time to let me know that you wish to arrange a return.​

    Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Once the item has been received and checked, I will issue a refund for the item purchase price.​

    Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is damaged, faulty, or there is another problem with the order.​

    Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items​

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email me within 3 days of delivery so that I can put things right as quickly as possible, either with a full refund or replacement.​

    Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue, as this will help speed things up.​
