Returns Policy
I hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, returns are accepted in line with the policy below.
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please email me within that time to let me know that you wish to arrange a return and await instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Once the item has been received and checked, I will issue a refund for the item purchase price.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is damaged, faulty, or there is another problem with the order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email me within 3 days of delivery so that I can put things right as quickly as possible, either with a full refund or replacement.
